轻舟启动器（SwiftSail，以下简称“本应用”）是一款 macOS 应用启动器。 我们重视你的隐私。

本应用不会收集、上传或出售你的个人信息。

1. 数据收集

本应用：

• 不收集姓名、邮箱、设备标识或其他个人信息；
• 不需要注册或登录账户；
• 不使用广告、数据分析、统计或用户追踪服务；
• 不包含用于收集用户数据的第三方 SDK；
• 不会将你的应用列表、设置或使用数据上传到服务器。

2. 本地数据

为了提供启动器功能，本应用会在你的 Mac 本地读取和保存少量信息。

读取的信息：

本应用会读取应用的名称、图标等必要信息，用于在启动器中显示应用。 本应用不会读取这些应用内部的数据，也不会读取你的文稿、照片或其他个人文件。

保存的信息：

本应用会在本地保存你的应用排列、文件夹及名称、已移除应用， 以及显示方式、壁纸、快捷键和窗口大小等设置。

这些数据仅保存在你的设备本地，不会上传到服务器。

3. 系统权限

本应用运行在 macOS App Sandbox 中，不需要访问通讯录、位置、麦克风、 摄像头或屏幕录制等隐私数据。

全局快捷键通过 macOS 提供的系统机制实现。打开应用时， 本应用仅请求 macOS 启动对应应用，不会修改、移动或卸载这些应用。

4. 第三方内容

本应用内置部分来自 Unsplash 的壁纸。 这些壁纸随应用一起提供，使用过程中无需连接 Unsplash 或其他第三方服务。

5. Apple 诊断信息

如果你选择向 Apple 分享分析或崩溃诊断数据， 相关信息可能由 Apple 根据其隐私政策进行处理。

本应用不会自行建立诊断数据收集或追踪服务。

6. 删除数据

卸载本应用后，如需清除本应用保存在本机上的设置和整理记录， 可以删除本应用对应的本地数据。

7. 隐私政策更新

如果本应用的隐私做法发生变化， 我们会更新本隐私政策和生效日期。

SwiftSail is a macOS app launcher. We value your privacy.

SwiftSail does not collect, upload, or sell your personal information.

1. Data Collection

SwiftSail:

• Does not collect your name, email address, device identifiers, or other personal information;
• Does not require registration or an account;
• Does not use advertising, analytics, statistics, or tracking services;
• Does not include third-party SDKs used to collect user data;
• Does not upload your app list, settings, or usage data to any server.

2. Local Data

To provide its launcher features, SwiftSail reads and stores a small amount of information locally on your Mac.

Information the app reads:

SwiftSail reads necessary information such as app names and icons in order to display applications in the launcher. It does not read the contents of those applications, and it does not access your documents, photos, or other personal files.

Information the app stores:

SwiftSail stores your app arrangement, folders and folder names, removed apps, and settings such as display mode, wallpaper, keyboard shortcut, and window size.

This information remains stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.

3. System Permissions

SwiftSail runs inside the macOS App Sandbox and does not require access to sensitive data such as Contacts, Location, Microphone, Camera, or Screen Recording.

The global keyboard shortcut uses standard macOS system mechanisms. When you open an app, SwiftSail only asks macOS to launch that app. It does not modify, move, or uninstall your applications.

4. Third-Party Content

SwiftSail includes selected wallpapers from Unsplash. These wallpapers are bundled with the app and do not require a connection to Unsplash or any other third-party service during use.

5. Apple Diagnostic Information

If you choose to share analytics or crash diagnostic information with Apple, Apple may process that information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

SwiftSail does not operate its own diagnostic data collection or tracking service.

6. Deleting Data

After uninstalling SwiftSail, you may also remove the app’s locally stored data if you want to clear its saved settings and organization records.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If SwiftSail’s privacy practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and its effective date.
